There are some countries that I won't be shipping to, whether it is due to the shipping company being unable or due to political reasons. If your country fits the bill, money will be refunded.

PREORDERS & IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

Part of the products are in Preorders and they could take up to 1-3 months. If you buy anything on POs, your package will be delayed til we receive the goods!

In-stock items may take up to 10 working days to ship.

PAYMENT

This shop accepts Stripe and Paypal. You can pay with your credit/debit card through Stripe.
Keep in mind that prices are in EUROS (€), so keep an eye out for any charges paypal may do.

MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL AND ADDRESS ARE CORRECT WHEN YOU PAY, so you get the tracking code (if needed) or in case there's any issues with your payment/purchase. You will be receiving a confirmation email with your purchase payment and another email the moment is shipped!

SHIPPING

Products are being shipped from Spain via national shipping company, CORREOS. Shipping may take up to 10 working days since ordering, we will be sending the packages in batches.

Any package from outside of EUROPE may/will have customs taxes OR TARIFFS and the shop won't take responsible for any fees.

RETURN & LOSS POLICY

If I made a mistake with your package I will cover the cost to be shipped back, IF the purchase is over 10-20€ (depending on your location). If the shipping is pricier than the product or you wish to keep it but are still unsatisfied, I can arrange a discount code for another purchase.


If the package is returned to me due to the address being inaccurate or you being unable to receive it, you will need to pay for the shipping again. Please contact me via email.

If you'd rather get refund you, I can arrange it for you (I will be refunding the payment of the products only, meaning I won't be covering the shipping costs, transfer/coin exchange fees that Paypal or Stripe may have taken.

If any packages are lost I'll try to help you locate it but I won't be refunding, since the shipping companies would be at fault.
